Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking with Farouk's Gallery.
1. Bookings & Payment
- •A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your project date and time.
- •The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, either before or immediately after the final images/videos are made available for viewing.
- •If a deposit is not received on time, Farouk's Gallery may, at its sole discretion, pre-finance the shoot. However, no editing or post-production will begin until the deposit is paid. Editing timelines in such cases will be determined by Farouk's Gallery.
- •Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, cheque, or cash. Payment details are provided on all invoices and quotes.
2. Availability and Punctuality
- •The photographer/videographer will arrive on time and remain available for the agreed duration.
- •If the client arrives late, the session will not be extended, and shooting/filming time will be reduced accordingly.
- •If Farouk's Gallery arrives late due to unforeseen circumstances, time will be made up either by extending the session/project or, if critical, by refunding the deposit.
3. Schedule Revision and Cancellation
- •Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- •If Farouk's Gallery is unavailable for the new date, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking must be made.
- •Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the shoot may incur an additional fee.
- •All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
4. Duration
- •Photography: Each session is scheduled for the agreed duration. Additional time may be subject to extra charges.
- •Videography: Each project is scheduled for the agreed duration. Additional time may be subject to extra charges.
5. Editing & Post Production
- •Photography: All images will be professionally edited, including color correction, lighting adjustments, and retouching as required.
- •Videography: All videos will be edited to a professional standard, including color correction, audio balancing, and graphics adjustments as required.
6. Review Privileges
- •Clients are entitled to up to three (3) rounds of revisions on edited content.
- •Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will attract additional cost.
7. Final Delivery
- •Final content will only be downloadable once all outstanding payments are fulfilled.
8. Rights & Usage
- •Farouk's Gallery retains the copyright to all image/footage and may use them for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- •Clients are granted personal or commercial usage rights based on agreed terms. Unauthorized alterations, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- •Exclusive ownership and full rights may be purchased at an additional cost.
9. Liability
- •Farouk's Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the content.
